Full-Scholarship Program for Serious Young Musicians
Applications Now Open for 2026–27
Become the Musician You’re Meant to Be
At Flow University, the Music Leadership Academy (MLA) is designed for a select group of dedicated young musicians who are ready to go further.
This is not just a training program.
It is an immersive, one-year experience that develops the whole musician:
Artistic excellence
Physical awareness and freedom
Leadership and communication
A lifelong approach to learning and expression
Rooted in Flow University’s somatic approach, MLA students learn to refine their technique while reducing strain, increasing ease, and unlocking deeper musical expression.
All accepted students receive a full-tuition scholarship.
Following the success of our inaugural MLA Pilot Program, we are excited to invite applications for the 2026–27 academic year.
